AFTERCARE
Care that lasts beyond delivery.
Practical ways to look after the fabric, frame and comfort of your purchase, plus guidance on raising a concern.
LOOK AFTER YOUR INVESTMENT
A little care goes a long way.
Follow the guidance supplied with your particular product. Materials and constructions vary, so manufacturer care instructions take priority over general tips.

CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS
Simple everyday essentials
Fabric and finishes
Vacuum gently using a suitable upholstery attachment and follow the care label for any marks. Test cleaners only where manufacturer guidance permits. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight.
Frames and storage
Follow assembly instructions, check fixings as advised and use lift-up mechanisms carefully. Do not overload storage spaces or force drawers and hinges.
Support and comfort
Use a suitable base and allow for ventilation. Rotate only as directed for your mattress model; some mattresses must not be turned over. Use a suitable protector.

WARRANTIES AND LEGAL RIGHTS
What is covered?
Any additional manufacturer warranty and its duration will depend on the product and the documentation supplied with it. We do not apply a single assumed warranty period across the range.
