- Advise us of flats, restricted access and parking issues.

Estimated lead times can vary with the product, finish and delivery address. Check the details provided at checkout or with your order, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Room-of-choice delivery, assembly and removal of an old bed or mattress are not automatically included. Any available service must be expressly confirmed for your order.
Keep the order information and take clear photographs of the packaging and affected item. You can contact our team so the issue can be reviewed. This does not affect your legal rights.
